Mawdsleys work with hospital to support medical aid to Africa
Mawdsleys work with hospital to support medical aid to Africa 14th October 2022

Mawdsleys are proud to have worked in partnership with our customer, University Hospitals Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, to support a charity providing medical aid to Africa.

We sent a driver and van to Derby Hospital on an important mission to collect a pallet of British National Formularies (BNF) and British National Formularies for Children (BNFC) donated by the hospital, to be shipped to Africa.

We delivered the pallet to Inter Care, a charity who provide medical aid to Africa, and they will ensure they are sent to Northern Malawi on the next container of medical supplies. Inter Care confirmed the books will be extremely useful to their partner health units in Africa.
